Foundation Drawing
This is a live 8-week online drawing course led by Rasti, focused on building strong fundamentals of sketching / drawing ,visual structure, confidence, and form-thinking from the ground up.
If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to draw with structure and confidence—this class is where it starts.
Class meets on Tuesdays, 4PM to 7PM Central Time (CT)
First session begins August 26st, 2025.
Each session is 3 hours long and includes lectures, live demos, and direct feedback.
Week 1 is an intro session
We’ll get to know each other, set expectations, and walk through the purpose of the course. From there, we’ll dive straight into the first drawing exercises.
🔁 Session Recordings & Missed Classes
If Rasti needs to miss a session for any reason, a make-up class will be scheduled by extending the term.
If a student misses class, a recording of the full session will be provided.
All live demos will also be shared afterward.
You'll receive a private Discord invite where students will post homework, ask questions, and connect throughout the course.
📚 Homework & Feedback
Homework is due the following week, posted to the private Discord group (invite sent once class begins).
Each student gets one make-up feedback allowance for late work. After that, feedback will only be given on current, on-time submissions.
Please use a simple presentation format for homework that includes:
Your Name • Class Name • Week # • Term (e.g. Fall 2025)
No specific size restrictions—just keep it clear and readable.

If a major health or family issue comes up, enrollment can be moved to a future session.
